UPCOMING WORKSHOPS
Club nights are every other Friday, 6-9pm. Most evenings include a workshop (starting at 6.30pm) or a 'drop in' session (starting at 6.15pm).
You must be a member to book onto workshops. This costs only £5 for the calendar year, payable at your first evening, and includes your first entry fee (£3). CASH ONLY.
Workshops are always booked in person and places are subject to availability. They can be booked in advance but there is a limit to one booking per evening, unless there are spaces on that evening’s workshop. CASH ONLY.
NOTE: All bookings are non-transferrable and also non-refundable, unless you notify us in advance through the website and a replacement can be found. Refunds must be claimed on either of the next two sessions.
If you aren't booked on a workshop you are still very welcome to join us on a Friday night! There is access to our massive range of art and craft materials or you can bring your own projects to work on.

Workshop – Mug Cosies with Sheila
No more burnt fingers or your drink going cold! Tonight you will be guided to make a very useful ‘hug for your mug’ (or takeaway cup). Choose a pattern to match or stretch your ability in knitting or crochet, and perhaps learn some new stitches.

Workshop – Paper Cutting with Rachel
Create beautiful paper-cut art to display on your wall or mount onto a card. With a range of beautiful templates to choose from and a few tips to get you going you'll be cutting away in no time! Leave your creation in one colour or fill in the gaps with coloured paper to add interest.

Learn Together Group Session – Vintage Cardstock Session and Envelope Making
The club has been donated some blank cards, some dating back to the 1940s. Use your creativity to bring new life to this unusual stock. We will cover card-making techniques of stamping, die-cutting and create envelopes for what you produce.
Drop in anytime from 6.15 pm. No limit on numbers. FREE activity but DONATIONS appreciated.

Workshop – Felted Tape Measures with Petra
Make a needle-felted cover for a tape measure and make it into something to be proud of every time you use it. Form an animal or flower or create an abstract design from our wide selection of colours.

Workshop – Botanical Paper with Shirley
Go for a stroll to gather plant materials. Return to make a sandwich of the leaves and flowers between strips of paper, boil them up then cool and unwrap to reveal some botanical beauty.

Workshop – Using your Botanical Paper with Shirley
Join Shirley to make something from the papers you made in the last session. She will show you how to use it to make a cover for a little booklet. There will be suggestions for other projects.

Workshop - Mixed Media with Karen
This workshop takes you into the world of abstract art using watercolours, ink and mark making. You will be encouraged to explore and have fun and freedom in your work. The reward will be a unique piece of art.
